Genel Bakış
MotoVault, motorsiklet bakım, yakıt tüketimi, sürüş geçmişi, rota planlama ve masraf takibini kolaylaştırmak için tasarlanmış kişisel bir uygulamadır. Kullanıcı gizliliği bizim için önceliktir.
Toplanan Veriler
Cihazda saklanan veriler (yerel depolama):
- Motorsiklet bilgileri (marka, model, yıl, kilometre)
- Bakım kayıtları ve tarihleri
- Yakıt dolumu kayıtları
- Sürüş geçmişi (manuel girişler ve GPS ile kaydedilen sürüşler)
- Sürüş ve planlanan rotalar (GPS/rota noktaları) ve mesafeler
- Masraf kayıtları
- Kullanıcı notları
- Kullanıcı adı ve dil tercihi
Bu kişisel içerik verileri yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır (SQLite ve SharedPreferences). Bu içerik verileri için bizim bir sunucumuz yoktur ve hiçbir sunucuda tutulmaz. (Aboneliklerle ilgili istisna için aşağıdaki “Abonelikler” bölümüne bakın.)
Konum verisi:
- Hava durumu özelliği için anlık konumunuz kullanılır.
- Sürüş takibi (GPS): “Sürüşü Başlat” ile kayıt başlattığınızda, kat ettiğiniz rotayı ve mesafeyi hesaplamak için hassas (GPS) konumunuz düzenli olarak alınır. Kayıt yalnızca siz başlattığınızda çalışır ve “Sürüşü Bitir” diyene kadar sürer. Bu sırada uygulama arka plandayken veya ekran kapalıyken de konum toplanmaya devam eder; aktif kayıt boyunca durum çubuğunda kalıcı bir bildirim gösterilir. Toplanan rota ve mesafe yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
- Sürüşün başlangıç ve bitiş noktalarının yer adını (şehir/ilçe) göstermek için yalnızca bu iki noktanın koordinatları OpenStreetMap Nominatim servisine gönderilir.
- Rota planlama: A’dan B’ye rota oluşturduğunuzda, seçtiğiniz başlangıç, varış ve varsa ara noktaların koordinatları, yolu ve mesafeyi hesaplamak için OpenRouteService servisine gönderilir.
- Harita görüntüsü: Harita döşemeleri Mapbox sunucularından alınır (Mapbox kullanılamıyorsa yedek olarak OpenStreetMap sunucuları). Bakılan harita bölgesine ilişkin döşeme istekleri bu sağlayıcıya iletilir.
- Hava durumu verisi Open-Meteo API’si aracılığıyla alınır.
Bu konum/harita servisleri konumunuzu kimliğinizle ilişkilendirmez veya reklam amacıyla kullanmaz.
Abonelikler ve Satın Almalar
MotoVault, isteğe bağlı bir premium abonelik (sürüş takibi, harita ve rota özellikleri) sunar.
- Ödeme işlemi tamamen Google Play üzerinden yürütülür; kart/ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmez veya saklamayız.
- Abonelik durumunu yönetmek (premium’u açmak, yenileme/iptali algılamak) için RevenueCat adlı abonelik yönetim servisini kullanıyoruz. RevenueCat, kendi sunucularında şunları işler ve saklar: uygulamanın ürettiği anonim bir kullanıcı tanımlayıcısı, satın alma/abonelik durumunuz ve geçmişiniz, ve teknik/cihaz bilgileri (cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, ülke, IP adresi).
- RevenueCat, bakım/yakıt/sürüş gibi kişisel içerik verilerinizi almaz.
- Amaç yalnızca satın almaları doğrulamak, premium erişimi açmak ve iptal/yenilemeleri takip etmektir.

Üçüncü Taraf Servisler
Uygulama, işlevlerin çalışması için yalnızca aşağıdaki servislerle iletişim kurar:
- Google Play — uygulama içi satın alma/abonelik işlemleri
- RevenueCat — abonelik yönetimi (satın alma verisi, anonim tanımlayıcı, cihaz/teknik bilgi)
- Mapbox — harita görüntüsü (harita döşemesi istekleri)
- OpenRouteService — rota planlama (koordinatlar gönderilir)

Reklam ve Analitik
Uygulama herhangi bir reklam SDK’sı içermez (AdMob vb. yoktur). Yukarıda açıklanan abonelik yönetimi (RevenueCat) dışında, üçüncü taraf analitik veya izleme SDK’sı kullanılmaz.
Veri Paylaşımı
Kişisel içerik verileriniz (bakım, yakıt, masraf, notlar, sürüş geçmişi) hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşılmaz, satılmaz veya pazarlama amacıyla aktarılmaz. Yalnızca; (a) hava durumu, harita, rota ve yer adı işlevleri için gerekli konum koordinatları ilgili servislere anlık olarak iletilir, (b) abonelik satın alma verisi, satın almayı doğrulamak amacıyla Google Play ve RevenueCat tarafından işlenir.
Veri Güvenliği
Kişisel içerik verileriniz cihazınızın yerel depolama alanında tutulur; uygulama kaldırıldığında cihazdaki bu veriler silinir. Abonelik verileri Google Play ve RevenueCat sunucularında ilgili servislerin politikaları uyarınca tutulur.
Çocukların Gizliliği
Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek veri toplanmaz.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlanacaktır.

Overview
MotoVault is a personal application designed to help you track motorcycle maintenance, fuel consumption, ride history, route planning, and expenses. User privacy is our priority.
Data We Collect
Data stored on device (local storage):
- Motorcycle details (make, model, year, mileage)
- Maintenance records and dates
- Fuel fill-up records
- Ride history (manual entries and GPS-tracked rides)
- Ride and planned routes (GPS/route points) and distances
- Expense records
- User notes
- Username and language preference
This personal content data is stored only on your device (SQLite and SharedPreferences). We operate no server for this content data, and it is never held on any server. (See the “Subscriptions” section below for the exception related to subscriptions.)
Location data:
- Your location is used for the weather feature.
- Ride tracking (GPS): When you start a recording with “Start Ride,” your precise (GPS) location is sampled periodically to compute the route you travel and its distance. Recording runs only when you start it and continues until you tap “Stop Ride.” During this time, location continues to be collected even while the app is in the background or the screen is off; a persistent notification is shown in the status bar throughout the active recording. The collected route and distance are stored only on your device.
- To display the place name (city/district) of the ride’s start and end points, only the coordinates of those two points are sent to the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service.
- Route planning: When you create a route from A to B, the coordinates of your selected start, destination, and any intermediate points are sent to the OpenRouteService service to compute the route path and distance.
- Map display: Map tiles are fetched from Mapbox servers (with OpenStreetMap servers as a fallback if Mapbox is unavailable). Tile requests for the map area you view are sent to that provider.
- Weather data is fetched via the Open-Meteo API.
These location/map services do not associate your location with your identity or use it for advertising.
Subscriptions and Purchases
MotoVault offers an optional premium subscription (ride tracking, map, and route features).
- Payment is processed entirely through Google Play; we do not see or store your card/payment details.
- To manage subscription status (unlock premium, detect renewal/cancellation), we use a subscription-management service called RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes and stores on its servers: an anonymous identifier generated by the app, your purchase/subscription status and history, and technical/device information (device model, OS version, country, IP address).
- RevenueCat does not receive your personal content data such as maintenance, fuel, or ride records.
- The purpose is solely to validate purchases, unlock premium access, and track cancellations/renewals.

Third-Party Services
The app communicates only with the following services, solely to provide its features:
- Google Play — in-app purchase/subscription processing
- RevenueCat — subscription management (purchase data, anonymous identifier, device/technical info)
- Mapbox — map display (map tile requests)
- OpenRouteService — route planning (coordinates sent)
- Open-Meteo — weather (coordinates sent)
- OpenStreetMap Nominatim — place-name lookup (coordinates sent)
- OpenStreetMap tile servers — fallback map display
Advertising and Analytics
The app contains no advertising SDKs (no AdMob, etc.). Apart from the subscription management (RevenueCat) described above, we use no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
Data Sharing
Your personal content data (maintenance, fuel, expenses, notes, ride history) is never shared, sold, or transferred for marketing to any third party. Only (a) the location coordinates required for the weather, map, route, and place-name features are transmitted to those services in real time, and (b) subscription purchase data is processed by Google Play and RevenueCat to validate the purchase.
Data Security
Your personal content data is kept in your device’s local storage; uninstalling the app removes that data from the device. Subscription data is held on Google Play and RevenueCat servers in accordance with those services’ policies.
Children’s Privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
