Quantum Crypto Terminal – Privacy Policy

Quantum Crypto Terminal (“the App”) is a cryptocurrency market tracking and technical analysis application designed to provide informational market data, portfolio monitoring, news feeds, and economic calendar features.

Information Collection

Quantum Crypto Terminal does not require user registration and does not collect personally identifiable information such as:

Name
Email address
Phone number
Government identification
Payment card information

The application locally stores user-created data on the device, including:

Portfolio entries
Favorite coins
Alarm settings
User preferences

This data is stored only on the user’s device and is never transmitted to servers owned by the developer.

The free version of the App does collect certain device-level identifiers through Google AdMob in order to serve advertising. This is described in the “Advertising” section below.

Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, a Google service.

To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process:

The device advertising ID
General device information (model, operating system version)
Approximate location, derived from the IP address
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by the developer. The developer does not receive or store this information. Google’s use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy:

Your controls:

You can reset your advertising ID at any time from your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID).
You can opt out of ad personalisation from the same screen. Ads will still be shown, but they will not be personalised.
You can remove advertising entirely by purchasing the ad-free option described below.

The App does not use advertising to build user profiles for the developer, and does not share any user-created data (portfolio, alarms, favourites) with advertising networks.

In-App Purchases

The App offers a single one-time purchase that permanently removes all advertising.

Payment is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. Card details, billing addresses and payment credentials never reach the App and are never visible to the developer.
The App only receives confirmation of whether the purchase was completed, and stores this status locally on the device.
Purchases can be restored on a new device through the “Restore Purchase” option, using the Google account that made the original purchase.

When the ad-free version is active, no advertisements are shown and no advertising data is collected.

Third-Party Services

The App retrieves market and financial data from third-party cryptocurrency and financial APIs, including but not limited to:

MEXC Exchange
OKX Exchange
News RSS providers
Economic calendar providers
Cloudflare Workers infrastructure

These services may temporarily process technical request data such as:

IP address
Device request headers
Request timestamps

These requests contain no personal information and no user-created data. Processing is handled by the respective third-party providers according to their own privacy policies.

Analytics

The App does not use a separate user analytics platform and does not perform behavioural tracking or account profiling beyond the advertising measurement described above.

Data Security

Data transmitted between the App and third-party services is encrypted in transit. Reasonable technical measures are used to help protect application stability and prevent abuse of API infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

The App does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, brokerage services, or guarantees of profit. Users are solely responsible for their own investment decisions.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and is not designed for use by children. The App is intended for a general audience interested in financial market information.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
